The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders for merchandise we have in stock will be packed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders for merchandise we don't have in stock are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. We have several locations we ship from including the US, Europe, and China.
*Since we have a couple of shipping locations, if your order contains more than one item, your delivery might be split into a few packages. So if you're missing items from your order, don't worry, they're probably on the way! If you want to find out for sure, just send us an email.
- International delivery usually takes about 7–30 business days (Depends on your exact location).

Most US orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 to 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer depending on the item and where we shipped the order from.
